	"We were met by Adrian at the airport upon arrival. He was very helpful and got us in our car quickly. We had to depart Jamaica early, so we were at the airport at 5:00am. Our call to Adrian at 3:30am from Negril to meet us went to voice-mail on his cell phone, but he was there (looking a little sleepy but well groomed!) at the airport when we arrived. Great person. The reservations personnel in NY were very helpful and efficient. I have to say that having rented cars in Jamaica for the past 20 years this was the easiest and most pleasant experience.
